Solex has been a Nevada Real Estate Agent with a Broker or Broker/Salesperson license for more than 10 years. He has held a Property Management permit for 7 years and served on the Property Management committee of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors® (GLVAR) for 4 years, as well as the Political Action committee (3 years), Legal Forms committee (2 years), and Education committee (2 years). Solex served for 4 years as a Manager of SilverState Analytics / NV Datamine for the Nevada Association of Realtors® (appointed by the current Regional Vice President for the National Association of Realtors®). Solex also served for 2 years with the Young Professionals Network (YPN) as an Advisory Board member, and was appointed as the Director of Corporate Sponsorship. Solex is a sought after specialist in residential rental housing (investing and leasing). In 2007, he designed and developed a popular local website that provided free resources to both residents and homeowners. That year he also launched the free phone referral service “Dial (702)-RENTERS (736.8377)” that continues to connect renters with local real estate professionals and a directory of popular high-rises and lofts. As a result, Solex and his teams have closed hundreds of residential rental transactions, directly advised and responded to requests from thousands of customers, and indirectly provided information and access to free resources to tens of thousands more. He maintained an A+ rating in Real Estate and Property Management with the Better Business Bureau.
