Cathy Koch

I was born and raised in the "Mile High" city of Denver, Colorado. After working for many years in the hospitality industry in Colorado I moved to Mesquite, Nevada in 2003 to work in a new career field with a local builder/developer. Wanting to increase my knowledge of building and developing and to further my communication skills, I decided to obtain my Nevada Real Estate License in May of 2005. After successully obtaining my license, I continued to gain knowledge by attending several courses in Real Estate Law, Practice and Principles of Real Estate, Financing, Contracts and Ethics. My personal style is to simplify the process of buying and selling real estate. I believe that the most important ingredients to a successful relationship with my clients is communication, honesty and professional feedback. My extensive experience and proven track record are factors you can count on when you choose to have me represent you.
