Charles Humphrey entered the real estate industry in 2005 after running another successful business for 13 years. Through the "Great Recession" Charles gained experience selling homes that other agents failed to sell. His mission is to help sellers get top dollar for their homes and get buyers into their dream homes. Having performed hundreds of BPO's - every month going back a decade - for some of the biggest companies in the country serving banks and investment firms, Charles is intimately aware of home values across the Vegas Valley. Charles was raised in a small farming town in Northern Maine. Having worked for local farmers while growing up Charles knows the importance of dependability, honesty, helpfulness, thrift, and he's not afraid of a little elbow grease.
