Ronald Feir

Ron Feir (Fear) brings a unique set of skills to Lisa Bond Real Estate combining operational, team building, financial, and technology experiences. Ron has an old-fashioned work ethic and employs high tech services and real estate techniques. He has numerous real estate designations and certifications, which enhance his understanding of the market and real estate in general. His ability to connect with both clients and colleagues in an honest and caring way has proven to be one of his major strengths. Prior to real estate, Ron spent many years in the U.S. Army where he ultimately achieved the rank of Captain/Company Commander with the U.S. Army Rangers. Additionally, he had 12 deployments, & was awarded several medals for heroism. Following Ron's time in the military, he worked as Plant Manager at a AOL/Time Warner/Warner Music Group compact disc plant in Commerce, CA. This foundation honed his expertise in service excellence, hard work, and team work. Ron holds these concepts in high regard and practices them on a daily basis. Ron is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Engineering.
