Sandy Ayala

Sandy Ayala has been a Realtor for over 15 years. She is an experienced Buyer's Agent, Listing Agent, a seasoned Short Sale Specialist. She has lived in the Las Vegas area for over 35 year, is a disabled U.S. Army Veteran who raised two wonderful sons as a single parent for almost 20 years. She became a Realtor to help others. During the market crisis, she has saved hundreds of homeowners financial futures by negotiating their short sales, and never charged anyone any additional money. She accepted what the bank paid in commission. Sandy has a BA in Industrial and Clinical Psychology, is a former Affiliate Member of the AIA, former YABA certified coach instructor/adviser, she loves animals, music, movies, reading and creative writing. She has written several children's books, a Sci-Fi Adventure Novel, and is currently working on a Young Adult Magical Fantasy. Her past career experience was in the realm of Marketing, Publishing and Public Relations. She was involved in Marketing some of the largest and most successful Architects, Engineers and General Contractors in the Las Vegas area. In addition, she was the Advertising and Events Director for a Nevada non-profit organization.
