I have been a Realtor® in the Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson area for 19 years. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors® and proudly hold the following National Association of Realtors certifications: Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR). I am also proud to be a National Association of Realtors certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and have helped many military clients over the course of my career. I understand the complexities and sense of urgency needed to help our nations finest with their real estate needs. I have lived in the area for over 20 years, moving here with my husband and our 3 children from SW Florida. Our children are grown now and we now have grandchildren! In my spare time I enjoy working in our shop "turning" (on a lathe) wood, polymer & acrylics into beautiful pens, pencils, bottle stoppers, sewing tools and other small things. My background before Real Estate was in Event Planning, Food & Beverage Management. My husband was a recently retired lead product manager (former cable splicer) who spent 37 years with the phone company. I love helping people sell and buy real estate, whether their primary residence or investment properties. Most of my clients refer me often and "hire" me on a recurring basis whenever they are ready to sell or buy another property. I enjoy helping my clients understand the process of the transaction so they feel confident in their decisions and happy at closing! I am also a Certified New Home Specialist (certified by Southern Nevada Home Builder's Association) and am happy to help you successfully navigate the hundreds of different model home
