Kimberly Honrath-Waters

So you know something about me..... I was born in Huntington Beach, California and I am the older of two children. I have a younger brother Joe. My father was a career Army Officer and my mother was able to be an "at-home Mom" most of my childhood. As an "Army Brat", I had a wonderful opportunity to travel with my parents to dad''s different duty assignments in the US and in Germany. My father retired from the service in 1989 after an assignment in Washington, DC and in 1990 our family moved to Las Vegas. My mother was a RE/MAX agent and dad joined her as an agent/team after his retirement. They so enjoyed selling homes to some wonderful people and they built lasting relationships! I finished my senior year of high school in Las Vegas and graduated from Bonanza High School. For several years, I watched from the sidelines how my parents "wowed" their real estate clients in Virginia and here in Las Vegas and how much they enjoyed working with people. My dream was to be able to join them in their business, learn from them, and then give my clients and customers that very same high degree of service and achieve the same high level of customer satisfaction. Before I was able to realize my dream, I held management positions in the food service industry. First as an Assistant Manager at the Rio Buffet and at the Golden Nugget Buffet; then as the Restaurant Manager at the Lady Luck and at the Fiesta; and as the founding Manager of the Buffet at the Reserve (now Fiesta Station). My last position in the food service industry was as Assistant General Manager and Marketing Coordinator for the Tony Roma''s Restaurants in Las Vegas. Then my life changed! The best day of my life was April 29, 2000, when I married Mr. Chris Waters, the man of my dreams.
