Armen Vartanian

I was born and raised in Armenia. With bachelors degree in economics I immigrated to the US in 1989. In 1992 I was licensed in California as a General Contractor and a real estate salesperson. My real estate sales career I started with Century 21 in Hollywood, CA. In 1995 I was licensed as a real estate Broker and appraiser trainee. I have worked independently, and with Realty Executives in Santa Clarita, CA, as well as with Prudential's new homes division until 2001. In 2001 I was licensed as a real estate appraiser in CA and in 2003 in Nevada. 2001-2007 I have appraised residential real estate in CA and NV, over 3,000. 2004-2007 I, as a principal, founded the first and only credit reporting agency in Armenia. 2009-2012 I, as a principal, designed and presented to the Government of Armenia, investors and international hotel operators the Lakeside Resorts in Armenia, a $300mln. destination gaming resort project, which found support with the government of the country and the largest Nevada resort operator for operations management. 2012-2013 I fulfilled my continuing education obligations and was licensed in NV as broker-salesperson, in CA as a broker, and in both states as Certified Residential Appraiser. Currently I am working with Realty One Group in Las Vegas, NV as a broker-salesperson and independently appraising residential real estate.
