I have been doing negotiation Pre-Foreclosures with the Banks for about 11 years now and have several certifications but only advertise the SFR as it is one that is recognized by NAR nationally. I am working with CENTURY21 Gavish Real Estate, a newer office in SW that believes in keeping properties moving! By buying and remodeling we are able to keep that going.
