Alina Gardner

Alina Gardner is a Broker-Owner of Golden Door Real Estate Group, LLC in Henderson, NV. Alina was born in Havana Cuba but grew up in Southern California where she graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a BA in Finance and an MBA. She is fluent in Spanish which is a great advantage when working with the large Hispanic community in Las Vegas. Prior to establishing her own brokerage firm, Alina worked as a Real Estate agent in the Las Vegas Valley for 9 yrs. Alina was also employed in the corporate world as a Corporate Controller for several companies both in Las Vegas and Southern California. Now she brings her passion and sharp attention to detail to help buyers in a highly focused search for their new house and to help sellers get the most value for their home. As an experienced agent, Alina understands that buying and selling is one of the biggest decisions in a client’s life and views representation and guidance of her clients through this process as a true privilege. Alina is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) , an Accredited Buyers Agent (ABR) and is also Military and Veteran Housing Certified (MVHC) When not selling real estate, Alina can be found with her husband Jim, also a Realtor, at Lake Mead on their boat, on the golf course, traveling or spending time with their two grown children and grandchildren.
