Ron Chapman Realtor ~ Certified Property Manager ~ Senior Real Estate Specialist Direct: 702-321-3396 Ron Chapman’s “Great Adventure” as a REALTOR and Professional Property Manager in Southern Nevada began in 2001 when he and his wife Marie moved from southern California to the beautiful Henderson community of Anthem. Born into a career U.S. Navy family, Ron's early years introduced him to life in geographic locations ranging from the Great Lakes in Michigan, to the distant and exotic Pacific island of Guam. After the Navy, the Chapman family settled down in California where they experienced the sheer Joy of finally moving into a home of their very own! Following high school, Ron’s love of baseball (and generous scholarship offers) made it possible for him to attend and play at Long Beach State and Pacific Lutheran University in Washington state. After graduation from PLU, Ron’s architectural, engineering and fine arts studies quickly resulted in employment at a major engineering/construction company in Pasadena, California. Responsible for fabricating 3-Dimensional “scale models” of the company’s various projects, i.e. power plants, oil refineries, etc., Ron later moved on to more “creative” pursuits working in Hollywood as a PropMaker/Carpenter and Special Effects Technician on motion pictures for Disney, Paramount and 20th Century Fox studios. Ron eventually decided to start his own company which he strategically located near major aerospace companies and movie studios in the Los Angeles area. After building everything from spacecraft prototypes for NASA, to architectural models of Disney World, Ron eventually sold his company (and his 10,000 sq.ft. building near LAX) and entered the exciting new world of “In-Flight Entertainment
