Michelle Lorenzo

Originally from New Jersey, but a resident of Las Vegas since 1977, Michelle graduated from University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration majoring in both Accounting and Finance. She was accepted into Steve Wynn’s Management Associate Program soon after graduation meeting all of his stringent criteria. Subsequently, Michelle excelled in the hospitality industry for 10 years as a Casino Marketing Executive at The Mirage. She was committed to building a strong rapport with VIP clientele, as well as, developing real working relationships with fellow hotel and casino colleagues. Michelle was well-known for her professionalism and exceptional service. By 2003, Michelle established herself as an experienced Las Vegas casino executive and was highly sought after by the developers of Panorama Towers. She left the hospitality industry to pursue a career in real estate alongside the developers of Panorama Towers, Andrew Sasson and Laurence Hallier. Panorama Towers was a $600 million luxury high rise condo project consisting of two 33 story towers with approximately 300 condominiums in each tower. In 2004, Sasson and Hallier released Panorama Tower North, a 45 story tower consisting of almost 400 luxury high rise condominiums, which was later rebranded as The Martin. Michelle was Panorama’s top producing Sales Executive. She knows every detail about Panorama Towers, The Martin, in addition to the entire luxury Las Vegas high rise market. After all, she has been a Las Vegas high rise condo expert for almost 20 years.
