My name is Tracy Drown and I am in the People business. I LOVE helping my clients buy and sell homes!! I specialize in representing my clients in the SALE and PURCHASE of single-family homes; which includes condos and townhomes, as well as helping clients analyze and purchase income property within the cities of Henderson, Las Vegas and North Las Vegas. As a listing agent, I have also helped many clients with home renovation as I have a "flair" for home design!! I keep current with education on the real estate market including; trends and home values (both local and national), mortgages, interest rates, first time home buyers and new housing communities. I have taken specialized courses and received the title of “Certified Negotiation Expert”. This training in addition to years of experience, has taught me how to help my clients craft an offer and response that has a favorable outcome for all parties involved. Keeping knowledgeable about the local area, including schools, parks and recreation is important to me! In 2020 , I am in the top 250 real estate agents out of 16,000 active agents. My production in the last 17.5 years is over $150 Million + in closed transactions. Having moved here with my family 19 years ago from Soldotna Alaska, I know what it is like to re-locate and/or invest in another community. We have grown to love the Las Vegas Valley and all that it has to offer.. The various opportunities that such a dynamic Metropolitan area offer, are amazing. Our children have all excelled and graduated from Clark County schools and 2 of them are also UNLV graduates.
