James Cerrone

Mr. Cerrone has over 25 years of Experience in Real Estate including Senior Management in Sales and Marketing with top Real Estate Firms. From the very beginning, Jim knew he had chosen the right business as his first year he won a National Listing Leader Award and was in the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club. After years of selling homes as a Realtor, Jim was offered the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing with a local builder. At the time, Signature Homes already had a great track record in Las Vegas. It was not long after taking over the reins, Signature Homes rose from number 25 to number 7 in an extremely competitive market that included almost every major US Builder. After 11 highly successful years at Signature Homes, Mr. Cerrone was offered a position to help start the Las Vegas Division for Standard Pacific Homes a publicly held major homebuilder with divisions in over 9 states. Mr. Cerrone served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Jim is currently the Recruitment and Retention Manager of Realty One Group Las Vegas/Henderson.
