Shawna Ballard

I was born and raised in Southern Utah. I attended both Southern Utah University and the University of Nevada Las Vegas before I started my real estate career. I have been married to my husband for 29 years and we have 3 adult children. My real estate career started in 1993 working in Property Management, and in 2002 I got my Real Estate License and became a Realtor. I have served on several GLVAR committees, including the Education Committee and the Forms Committee. My designations include, RRG (Risk Reduction Graduate), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and MRP (Military Relocation Specialist). I am currently working on getting my Broker Salesman license, to continue sharing my knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry.
