Shana Wilgar

Born and raised in Las Vegas my family has always been involved in the real estate industry so, it only came natural for me to get my real estate licence and do what I know best. Currently I have been licensed in Las Vegas since 2002 and am also licensed in California as well. I know Las Vegas and the surrounding area extremely well as I have lived here for over 30yrs. I pride myself on building lasting client relationships, to build a solid foundation for the success of my future in this ever changing market. I find all aspects of real estate to be extremely facinating and exciting. I have successfully worked with traditional and institutional buyers/sellers in residential sales including but not limited to short sales, REO, high rise, luxury homes and new construction. Additionally, I have in depth knowledge of and have worked in multi family property management (1410 units) as well as single family property management (400-650 units SRF) and commercial sales and leasing.
