Melanie Wolfe

Melanie was born & raised in Florida. She attended Florida State University where she majored in Interior Design. Melanie bought her first house when she was 18 years old and it sparked an interest in Real Estate & Investing. After college, Melanie moved to Atlanta, GA and began working as an independent contractor in sales and marketing. During her time in Atlanta, she continued investing in Real Estate and quickly discovered that she had a passion for the business. Melanie was adopted at birth and in 1995 she met her biological mother & father who resided in Las Vegas. After several trips, Melanie knew that she wanted to be a part of the exploding Real Estate Market that Las Vegas offered, so in 2001 she moved from Atlanta to realize her dream. Over her 25+ year career, she has won numerous awards and has been consistently recognized as a top agent Nationwide. One of her goals was to become a “By Referral Only” agent and she is proud to share that her client base is approximately 90% referral and repeat clients.
