Torres is a native Las Vegan and family man. Prior to receiving his real estate license in August of 2001, he had a 20- year combined career in the Military and law enforcement. Torres is very committed to his clients and continually increases his knowledge of the real estate market by attending courses in law and ethics, as well as Practice and Principles of Real Estate and Contracts. He is also the recipient of the coveted Accredited Buyer’s Representative ( ABR ) and the Certified Residential Specialist(CRS) certifications . His higher education in such areas as investment real estate, conventional financing, and broker management make him extremely valuable to his clients.
