James Beller

James Beller, a Las Vegas native, received his real estate sales license and began his real estate career in 2000. He entered the business by learning the title and escrow process with Land Title of Nevada. There he gained important knowledge that would be invaluable as he ascended in his real estate career. Educated in the internal structure of real estate transactions, James took that knowledge and joined Diversified Interests, a multi-faceted real estate company with decades of experience in the Las Vegas community. After being tutored by the best of Las Vegas James joined LandBaron Investments in 2005. At LandBaron, James has succeeded in both the commercial and residential arenas. In 2018 James joined Urban Nest Realty as a residential specialist where his untiring work ethic and his commitment to client satisfaction are shown every single day. James spends his spare time with his family, which includes wife, Channelle, and the couple’s teenage son, Jay. For relaxation, he enjoys watching his sons team play soccer, riding motorcycles and snowboarding.
