During that time I have seen the market go from a balanced environment to a seller dominated market to a buyer dominated market to the distressed sales market we now find ourselves currently working in. I’ve sold everything from fifty thousand dollar condominiums to three million dollar luxury homes and have worked in every nook and cranny of Las Vegas and Henderson. I have over a decade of experience marketing my client’s homes for sale, effectively negotiating contracts and learning the ins and outs of exactly what it takes to make sure that what we put into escrow comes out on the other side as a successfully closed transaction.
