Hi, my name is Susan Worster and I have been in Real Estate for the last 17 years. I absolutely love this industry as it combines two of my passions: helping people and homes. I fell in love with real estate in in 2001 when I was living and working in Las Vegas. I knew that real estate was where my passion was the moment I walked into a home I was trying to purchase myself. I could not get enough home searching and then realized that matching a home owner to a home was a special skill that I have. Through the years, I have learned many valuable aspects of the business.. First, people do NOT like to be disappointed.. Often times, I was the REALTOR® who was taking over after the previous REALTOR® “dropped the ball” and failed to meet the expectations of the clients. I would hear this over and over again and realized that as a REALTOR®, listening is a vital part of my job. It allows me to understand your needs and what you are looking for to find that perfect match in a home. Not all homes are created equally, as in the mind of our buyers and sellers often say. I have also learned that what is valued from one person, may not be valued by another person. Finding what your values are, makes me a better REALTOR® and I want to be your agent for LIFE. I have helped Buyers, Sellers, Investors, I have come to the rescue of people in a crisis situation when they thought it was hopeless, I have been the negotiator between a divorcing husband & wife multiple times and able to get everyone to agree to a resolution that allowed them to go forward with the sale and move on. I have handled foreclosure sales, a skilled facilitator in short sales, helped out of state buyer’s purchase exciting and fun vacation homes & second homes. I have held the hand of first-time home buy
