Zerdan attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he studied architecture, focusing on sustainable design, urban planning, and construction during these early years. While also taking business and real estate classes. Zerdan obtained his Real Estate license in Nevada in 2000 and, shortly after that, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. He was then associated with Countrywide Realty Group, where his family sold residential, commercial, and land. After a successful career in the real estate industry, Zerdan chose to take a leave of absence to pursue a second career in public service. He worked for the Department of Homeland Security in an anti-terrorism unit that worked closely with various local and federal agencies to mitigate threats to the public. These opportunities strengthened his desire to aid the military and law enforcement community find homes. From this, Zerdan reactivated his real estate license and is currently with Realty ONE Group. His main dealings are with Military and Law Enforcement buyers and sellers. With a specialty in Commercial Real Estate Buyer and Tenant Representation.
