My name is Carmen Ruiz, I started my Real Estate career back in 2000 at Realty Executives in Las Vegas NV. In 2004 I opened Aztech Realty, the first hispanic agency in Pahrump NV 55 mi from Las Vegas. It was a wonderful experience being part of the growth of a small town in progress where I became an expert in land sales. Due to the market changes in 2008 I moved back to "Greater Las Vegas" worked for Merit Realty and then joined Realty One group. In 2010 along with other professionals of foreclosures we helped hundreds of investors to acquired properties at the trustee sale at very low cost. In order to provide a better service to the huge investor’s market I moved to Nationwide Realty where I worked till 2021 and then at United Realty Group. In the present I work at Park Place Realty. I am still selling and listing new constructions in Pahrump NV where the prices are more affordable. Throughout the years I have worked along very qualified lenders providing my clients all kind of finance programs. We together have helped hundreds to acquire properties with down payment assistance and all kinds of programs with the best rates available.
