Stephanie Grant

As a second generation REALTOR relocating from Toronto, Canada to Nevada, Stephanie truly enjoys the opportunities assisting her clients with their Real Estate needs and their successful path to home ownership. Successfully guiding her clients across the finish line and beyond, knowing that they are truly satisfied with her services brings joy to her heart. Stephanie especially enjoys working with first time home buyers and seeing their dreams of building wealth through home ownership come true! Education is very important to her and she continues to obtain industry designations, certificates and holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree (B.S.B.A) in Business Management. She has also obtained the At Home with Diversity National Certificate (AHWD), the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) National Designations, also holds a Nevada Property Manager Permit (PM) and a Community Association Manager license (CAM). Stephanie educates her clients on affordable housing and down-payment assistance programs, continually educates herself with fair housing concerns, changes in the homeowner’s association industry and enjoys her involvement with local community outreach events and volunteering alongside local non-profit organizations. She is a member of the Women’s Council of REALTOR’s (WCR), National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), serves on the Young Professional Network (YPN) and Community Outreach Committees. Stephanie is a 2019 Nevada REALTOR Leadership Academy Graduate and currently holds a seat as a Director on the Las Vegas REALTOR (LVR) and Nevada State (NVR) REALTOR Associations Board of Directors.
