Previously licensed in real estate in New Jersey and Iowa. A Risk Reduction Graduate who has also completed several units of CCIM coursework including: Financial Analysis for Commercial and Investment Real Estate; Risk Analysis; Disposition Strategies; Comparing Leasing and Ownership Strategies. MBA from UNLV with emphasis/elective coursework in Economics, Finance and Federal Taxation. BA degree from University of Northern Iowa with a major in Liberal Arts and emphasis/minors in Accounting, Economics and Computer Science and also studied Music/Guitar.
