Crystal Brown

Crystal Brown entered the real estate field with Prudential Americana Group as an office manager to the Nancy Storey/Roxanne Wortham team in 1997. Crystal obtained her real estate license in 1999, and worked as a Relocation Coordinator in Prudential Americana's Relocation Department. She now hangs her license with Prudential Americana full time and is currently working on her ABR, GRI, and, CRS destinations. Today, she is a partner with The McCollough Group and works as both a Team Manager and Buyer's agent. Crystal's field of specialization includes working with long term investors (both for investment and vacation property); bank owned and REO properties; first time home buyers and corporate transferees.Crystal has handled incoming transferees for corporations such as Lowes Home Improvement, Sprint Communications, Cox Communications and more. Working together with Nancy, Crystal was able to help see the Storey-Brown Team sell over 15 million dollars of real estate in 2003 alone. In addition, Crystal also helped to earn "The Chairman's Circle" designation for the Team; a recognition for being within the top 5% of Prudential agents nationwide. As a team leader, Crystal has expanded the technological advancement of the team. With the real estate industry becoming more internet oriented, Crystal has implemented valuable web and email technology. Her knowledge and experience, as well as superior customer service skills, prove to be invaluable resources in real estate today.
