Out of the 30 years of experience, 20 have been right here in the Las Vegas/Henderson area. Robin brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Prior to selling residential Real Estate, she was part of the corporate team, that took a billion dollar Real Estate Investment Trust, public. Robin marketed their portfolio of apartment communities here in the Las Vegas area, as well as performing general contractor responsibilities for the company’s multi-million dollar rehab projects. In her role, Robin also dealt with investor clients, reporting systems, property due diligence reports, target marketing and customer service. At one point in her career, she was the company trainer for sales and customer service, also teaching the accredited Certified Apartment Management courses. Throughout her career, Robin has worked in all forms of Real Estate including, office buildings, self storage facilities, retail space, mixed use commercial and of course her current primary focus of residential sales.
