Penelope Kristina Pearson was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, earning her Bachelor Degree in Business from University of Puget Sound. She transferred from San Francisco to Las Vegas with a national real estate company in 1993 where she earned her Nevada real estate license. Kristina is a full time, full service agent with Signature Real Estate Group. Designations include: Green, Certified Distressed Property Expert, Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Negotiator Expert. Kristina serves on Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtor committees, workshops and participates in several forums.
