Kathleen Shippen

Licensed in 1994, I began my career selling "New Homes" in Summerlin and was awarded "Sales Agent of the Year" for 1995 in my category. Later moving into Residential Resale. I currently have my license with Realty ONE Group. My background is in the entertainment field, I danced professionally in some major production shows as well in movies like "Staying Alive" with John Travolta, and MTV music videos and commercials. I assist the local artists and technical crews here in Las Vegas, along with their friends and families. Home buying or selling can be stressful, but with my 29 years of experience I can make it a smooth transition.
