I am a licensed real estate broker in Nevada, California and Arizona. I started selling real estate professionally in 1985. I specialize in residential and multi family real estate. My services include, free market evaluations, staging, minor repairs, consultations on purchasing rental properties and written information on family trusts. I attend my clients escrow closings, meet appraisers, personally review all documents, and work with an excellent attorney if my clients request legal information. My hobbies include an antique mechanical music collection, antique repairs and restorations, hiking, and photography.
