Janice Thurston

Jan Thurston is a Broker/Salesperson in the Las Vegas area since 1996. Together with husband Greg, she has been making great deals for hundreds of clients throughout Clark County for over two decades. Janice got her real estate license in 1996 and later acquired her broker's license. She started out with Prudential Southwest and is now with Signature Real Estate Group in Green Valley Ranch. Jan grew up in Michigan, outside the Detroit area, and acquired her Associate's Degree in Electrical Technology, after which she began working for Chrysler – first as an electronics mechanic and then as a clay model maker, helping design automobiles. She met Greg while on vacation in Vegas, and they had a long-distance relationship until she moved permanently to Vegas in 1996. They soon started their real estate careers together, and The Thurston Team has been a winning combination ever since. Janice brings her highly technical mind and extraordinary sense of creativity and design to the joyful task of being a successful Realtor. It goes well with her natural enthusiasm for meeting people and helping them accomplish their goals. Very family oriented, she takes a personal approach to every real estate client, making sure they receive the very best service. In addition, as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), she secures the very best deals. Janice and Greg have two young adults, a Chihuahua named Gizmo and a Retriever names Lani.
