Thomas Blanchard

Thomas Blanchard, Managing Broker at Signature Real Estate Group, brings over four decades of experience in real estate, specializing in residential investment properties since 1995. He implements tailored systems and marketing strategies to offer clients a competitive edge, supported by a vast network spanning hedge funds, investors, and corporate entities. Thomas provides precise BPO/CMAs and Rental Analyses, serving as the basis for client investment strategies. He is an advocate for industry dialogue, having presented on Capitol Hill and spoken at national conferences. Thomas's leadership is evident through his roles as President of Las Vegas REALTORS (LVR) in 2020, recipient of the LVR Realtor of the Year award, and induction into the LVR Realtor Hall of Fame in 2021.
