For the past 28 years, I have been a Real Estate Broker in the greater Las Vegas area. During my time as a Real Estate Broker, I have learned what means to be a "Broker" and it is a privilege. The responsibilities of being a “Broker” truly has so much more to it than just a title or due rite of passage. “Brokers” must up hold and teach all the laws and ethics we as agents are governed by. Being a "Broker" as well as holding the name of the company has responsibility be true to yourself. Personal touch and follow through is the most important thing which I believe is the basis of all Sales and People skills. It is also important to be knowledgeable of current events and current trends in the markets from housing trends, financial markets, current events creating market driven real estate, but to timing and world events.
