Living in the Las Vegas Valley since 1987 I have had the experience of being part of the changes here. Going from a population of 375,000 to over 2 million has given me insight in the Las Vegas market that is invaluable. I became a Realtor in 1989 and have watched the enormous growth throughout the years which is still going on. Prior to Real Estate I was a very successful Food and Beverage Executive for 20 years both in the hotel and casino world. I learned attention to detail during those years and I have brought that to my Real Estate career as well. The combination of my first career as well as my training while attending Valley Forge Military Academy has taught me self-discipline, integrity and a sense of responsibility that I have maintained throughout my life and bring to my work. To me the only way to build your business is to design your life and business at the same time. My constant goal is to build a business that serves my clients, my staff and me so as a team we all soar to the height of success. As a fourteen year veteran of REO I was here before the boom and plan to be here after. I was introduced to REO in the early 90’s and found a part of Real Estate I really enjoyed so I decided to focus fulltime. The REO business is constantly changing and with new technology and demands from my clients. I have enjoyed the new changes. I have a constant desire to learn new ideas and to keep up with innovations. That is why I am a proud member of REOMAC and RE/MAX.
