Patricia Annis

Patty Annis moved to Las Vegas with her family in October of 1984. Home ownership had always been their dream while living in base housing at Eielson AFB in Alaska, Tyndal AFB in Florida, and Nellis Air Force Base here in Nevada. That dream became a reality with the help of a local real estate agent, Nancy Storey, who encouraged Patty to begin her real estate career. Patty obtained her Nevada real estate license in March of 1985. Over the span of her 36+ years she has been a Salesperson, and a Broker-Salesperson, and a Corporate Broker working as an agent and branch managing some of the top firms in our Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS*. Those firms include The Americana Group REALTORS® Better Homes and Gardens, Merit Realty, Keller Williams Realty The Marketplace, Prudential Americana Group REALTORS®, Centex Destination Properties, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties, and finally joining her long time friends and colleagues, Steve Nicklin and Ginger Bybee, at Nicklin Property Management and Investments Inc. Patty's high level of real estate experience and her high quality of customer service are the cornerstones to her successful career. She has mentored, trained, and managed hundreds of real estate agents, who have gone on to have their own successful careers. Believing in abundance rather than scarcity Patty also volunteered her time over the years serving GLVAR on the Finance Committee, Grievance Committee, and Professional Standards Committee. She also advanced to a position on the Professional Standards Committee for the State of Nevada Association of REALTORS®.
