Mary Susie Perrine

Ms. Perrine is the Owner/Broker of Las Vegas International Realty. She has been selling Las Vegas Luxury Estates Since 1976 and has represented many of our Stars, Billionaires and Millionaires, Sultan of Brunei family including a few other Royal families. For several years Ms. Perrine served on the National Committee for the Performing Arts and National Symphony Orchestra for the Kennedy Center in D.C. She has also served on the executive board of the Nevada Ballet and Las Vegas Philharmonic including a member of NATAS, the Southwest chapter for over 30 years. She has been a supporter of the arts along with various animal and children’s foundations. Ms. Perrine moved to Las Vegas from Detroit, Michigan in 1972 as a TV copywriter. She wrote and produced many commercials for radio and TV including hosting the late-night movies. Having a background in advertising and marketing she started the first real estate-colored magazines in Las Vegas; Homes & Land Magazines plus the Metropolitan Magazine. Perrine also started the first Las Vegas luxury real estate TV shows. She is a published author & songwriter. 1983 and the 1984 President of the Women’s Council of Realtors. Perrine was the recipient of numerous Realtor of the Month awards including September 1982 & September 1981. She served as Editor of the GLVAR magazine over 4 years and was also chairman of the Membership, Public Affairs Committees and served on the Political Affairs. She got the Board of Realtors involved and to join the Chamber. She was also instrumental in starting the Women’s Council for the Chamber of Commerce and a founding member.
