JC Melvin is a seasoned professional who deals with investment properties, representing buyers and sellers. As an expert in real estate agency and standard of Care issues, Melvin is often hired as an Expert Witness in real estate litigation. JC is also the CEO of JC Melvin Seminars, Inc., and has taught "train the trainer" programs across the country and throughout Eastern Europe while contracted with the United States Agency for International Development.
