I moved to the Las Vegas area in 1969, so I consider myself a local gal. I currently live and work in Henderson, NV. I graduated from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with two Bachelor Degrees, and two Masters Degrees. I worked as a teacher in the Clark County School District for 18 years before changing careers, and working Real Estate full time. I have been working in the Real Estate Industry over 20 years! I buy, sell, rent, properties myself. I am not a stranger to the fluctuations in the market. I also worked in the private loan industry during the great boom. So I understand lending,qualifying and foreclosure procedures. Now I focus on managing the properties I currently have, and getting others involved in real estate ownership. Experience Counts!
