Gail Simmons

I was born and raised in West Los Angeles later moving to the Santa Clarita area to raise my children near Valencia, CA in 1981. I have been a paralegal over 30 years, and also became a realtor in California for over 20 years. After moving to Minnesota / Wisconsin for 7 years, I now am a resident of Las Vegas. Even though I have been a resident here for 3 years, Las Vegas is far from unfamiliar territory to me. My daughters have lived here over 25 years, so regular bi-monthly visits gave me a sense of Las Vegas as my second home! I take pride in helping my clients embrace their desires and work side-by-side with them until we accomplish those desires; that is most important to me. Because of my years of experience as a legal professional, I have been able to incorporate that experience in negotiating with others and the ability to communicate on all levels. I am committed to stand in the gap for my clients to achieve the end results they so desire!
