Tanya Smith

I'm a WA State born and bred native having had the pleasure of managing several NW companies such as Starbucks, Nordstrom and the PGA of America. Ten years ago I became a resident of Sun City Mesquite Del Webb where I joined the Pulte/Del Webb's new build team as a sales consultant. I thoroughly enjoyed my time selling homes for the builder for 7 years but wanted more freedom and flexibility in my work schedule. My husband of 38 years enjoyed his job as the North Central Regional Manager of the US for Ping Golf which kept him busy and allowed me the time to delve into selling homes in the Mesquite Real Estate market. We have 2 sons in the engineering field and 2 fat cats. In my free time I love to hike, read books and enjoy time on the shores of Kauai.
