My professional career overview includes twenty plus years in residential real estate and mortgage lending. I started out working in my family’s mortgage business. My passion is real estate. I first started selling real estate in California. I have been subsequently licensed in Washington, Arizona and Nevada. I truly understand relocating to another state. My unique qualifications to assist you are well rounded. I have been on both sides of residential real estate as a Lender and as a Realtor. As a Realtor, I earned the Coldwell Banker Sterling Society sales award. This prestigious award is presented to the top twenty percent of Real Estate Salespersons internationally for exceptional performance and leadership. My mortgage lending background is unusual as a Realtor and includes Mortgage Loan Underwriter, Originator and Processor which is helpful in knowing what is required and translates into resolving issues before they are financing problems and assists in creating a smooth transaction and timely closings.
