Aloha from the 9th Island of Hawaii....I relocated to Las Vegas, NV in July 2021. Born & raised in Hawaii, I grew up on Oahu, HI on the westside in Makakilo and moved central to Mililani and Mililani Mauka. I had my first career in the Hospitality Industry working in Waikiki for 14 years. Then I transitioned to working in Real Estate on Oahu with Dower Realty, Prudential Locations, & West Oahu Realty, Inc. I have been in real estate for 15 years with Honolulu Board of Realtors. My greatest accomplishment is achieving the Certified Residential Specialist , CRS designation that is awarded to those through an application process with review of my transaction volume and years of service. At West Oahu Realty, I also worked in our rental department as a rental agent offering property management services to property owners. After obtaining my real estate license in Nevada in September 2021, I was very excited to join Xpand Realty & Property Management on S Rainbow Blvd with my LVR license as Brokers Salesperson and most recently obtaining my Property Management Permit. Xpand Realty is owned by Randy Hatada, Broker. So far, I am loving Nevada for all the diversity and opportunity.
