She has witnessed Las Vegas grow and transform, from a destination city catering mostly to adults, into a family friendly metropolis and amazing place to call home. Having lived in Las Vegas most of her life, she has a wealth of knowledge about this magnificent city and all it has to offer, and loves sharing it with anyone who will listen. Erika’s passion for real estate was obvious at a very young age. Empowered with a driver’s license at the age of 16, she began spending her weekends touring model homes throughout the city. She dreamed of, one day, owning one of those beautifully decorated homes. She just had to figure out how to make that dream a reality. After college, Erika was offered the opportunity to open the first mega resort in Las Vegas called Mirage, where she became fast friends with two amazingly talented individuals from the Engineering Department. Realizing the value of their skill sets, she asked if they would be interested in partnering with her on a real estate venture. Erika was 19 years old when they flipped their first property. Several years later, her dream became reality when she purchased a brand new Summerlin home, where she raised a beautiful family and still resides. Erika takes a fresh and unique “relationship based” approach to real estate and is determined to make your real estate experience fun, rewarding and as stress-free as possible.
