Donovan Young

Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. Obtained my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from DePaul University and earned a Master of Divinity degree from McCormick Theology Seminary both in Chicago. I worked primarily in the field of retail and commercial banking with Continental Bank, The Amalgamated Bank of the Netherlands, and The Bank Of Montreal/Harris Bank . Retired in 2018 from the BMO/Harris Bank as Regional VP Retail Sales, also in Chicago. In 1994 through 1998, I was Senior Pastor at the Heritage United Church of Christ in Aurora, Colorado. I am married with two sons aged 26 and 22. My favorite past-time is working out, music (soft jazz), cooking (Caribbean dishes) and traveling.
