Olivia Rochin

Hello everyone! My name is Olivia Rochin. I graduated high school in my hometown of Watsonville, CA. and attended Cabrillo College in Aptos. In 1995 I decided to move to Las Vegas to begin a career in the casino industry. I opened The Stratosphere (Now The STRAT Las Vegas), Monte Carlo (Now Park MGM), and, eventually, Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa. Eventually I had a desire to leave the casino industry and pursue a career in sales. I worked as an account executive for several years in commercial wholesale sales for a local produce company. Through my efforts, among other achievements, I secured that company the new business of several of the largest Latin based customers and Vegan, Organic restaurants in the city. Simultaneously I attended UNLV and achieved my paralegal studies certification, specifically emphasizing contract law and torts. Having worked as an assistant in real estate for several years, I decided to become a licensed real estate agent in 2016. I handle both residential and commercial sales or leases. I most enjoy spending time with my family, yoga, hiking, charity work, cooking, and I love animals (my two dogs are my third and forth children). I believe finding happiness is the key to life and a healthy mind, body, and spirit are essential to shorting the time for that search and maximizing my happiness. Helping others makes me most fulfilled.
