"Jay Schembari''s" entrepreneurial background and local history have created a seamless transition into his Real Estate career. Having been a resident of 33 years in Las Vegas and the middle child of a prominent businessman, Jay knows every nook and cranny of Las Vegas, from our local communities to hiking and climbing in the local canyons of Red Rock to jet skiing in our own Lake Mead, it would be hard to find anyone with his knowledge of the local terrain and neighborhoods. In college Jay studied Horticulture and landscape design specializing in the desert environment. Married 32 years Jay''s wife, Deborah working in the accounting field, also a 33 year resident of Las Vegas, are the proud parents of their daughter "Blaire" who attends University in Washington DC and is in a PHD program for clinical psychology, he and his wife are both animal lovers. Jay''s resume ranges from multiple executive sales positions to participating as a principal in several start-ups. With his expertise in the swimming pool industry in Las Vegas he can assist clients in locating a home with an existing swimming pool or find a home that will be suitable for a new pool. Jay has a strong belief in pool safety, in 1998 he founded " SPASSA ", Swimming Pool and Spa Safety Association of America, promoting pool safety across America. His Hobbies include golf, jet skiing, surfing, water-skiing, biking however there is nothing he enjoys more than being of service to his family and fellow man.
