Chelsea has an enthusiasm for real estate and the details associated with it. Having been raised in a family with an extensive appraisal background in the Las Vegas Valley, she has overheard and discussed transactions at the dinner table from a very young age. Her first professional exposure to the industry was at age 15 as a real estate data researcher for Appraisal West, the family firm. The use of quantitative analytics and small set databases assist her greatly in identifying current real estate values and emerging trends. Chelsea holds a Nevada appraiser intern license and is in pursuit of her SRA Appraiser designation and Certification through the Appraisal Institute's education program. Concurrently, she is attending the College of Southern Nevada.It is Chelsea's personal attention to detail, her proven business acumen, her availability and accessibility that her friends, family, and clients value dearly.
