Rayshawn Williams grew up in the Boston metropolitan area and later moved to Las Vegas for a new start in another big city with dreams of a future career and ambition in his pocket. Now, years later, he is proud to serve the Las Vegas-Summerlin-Henderson area as a rising star in real estate. His motto is “Get the job done!” demonstrating a no-holds-barred ethic of working directly for his clients and not stopping until everything is finished. Rayshawn believes in going the extra mile to make each residential real estate transaction smooth for clients. In order to achieve this, he keeps an open, honest channel of communication with clients, keeping them updated on everything they may need to know, and getting the most precise answers to clients’ questions possible. If, for instance, a client asks a question he doesn’t know the answer to, Rayshawn works tirelessly until he finds the solution and can keep his client informed. He served the education committee for his local board, Rayshawn also places value on helping others to achieve and to promote a sense of academic camaraderie within his community. He enjoys fostering an attitude of total professionalism while still remaining true to himself and being a personable, relatable individual for clients to feel comfortable with.
