Dean Decker

Born in the Midwest but a more than 35 year resident, Dean has always had a passion for Real Estate. He has seen Las Vegas through its building years and seen the transitions it has gone through. Originally licensed in Real Estate in 1991, he has spent the majority of his initial Real Estate career in residential but does have the benefit and knowledge of years of experience in the new homes market, selling out several communities. Dean feels his knowledge of the area; empathy and understanding of his customers, and extensive experience in sales, marketing and technology serve his customers well. Dean sees his success directly related to, a genuine enthusiasm to share information with others, a love for life and people, and a strong sense of personal responsibility. A positive, grateful attitude are the corner stone of Deans' achievements. He has spent time and energy to build and maintain relationships with other professionals within the industry such as real estate agents, lenders, escrow and title officers and the many service professionals involved in every real estate transaction. The respect Dean has earned from his peers due to these strong relationships translates into faster and smoother transactions for his clients.
