Sure I can boast about being the top 1% in my company for sales and listings and line up all my professional designations on a website. But that's not why you would hire me. As Realtors, we all essentially do the same thing. But the one thing that sets us apart are relationships with a network of buyers and sellers that can shorten the gap between the time it takes to sell your home. In over 22 years I have built those relationships. Remember that each and every day counts when your home is listed for sale. Each and every day there are carrying costs until it sells, your current daily interest rate on your mortgage, taxes, insurance, maintenance, utilities, etc. Luckily you've found a Realtor who started in the real estate profession over 22 years ago with my first home purchase when I was 18 years old. It also helped to have a parent who was a Real Estate Broker and Educator since I was a child and who guided and molded me into the professional I am today. Don't forget about communication in a Realtor. If you call a real estate professional and they don't respond back within 10 min, keep in mind that's the same Realtor you have to count on to answer the phone when a potential buyer is calling to make an offer on your home. If he or she doesn't answer for you there's a good chance that they won't answer for your potential buyer either. I, as a Realtor, work for you and make myself available on your time, whether that means weekends, after hours, or on holidays, I'm there for you and will always answer the phone or respond to your call within 10 min.
